Steve Hoskins is the Senior Partner at Hoskins, Turco, Lloyd & Lloyd, concentrating in the areas of Car Accidents, Truck Accidents, Slip & Fall Accidents, Wrongful Death and Insurance Litigation matters.

After receiving his legal training from the distinguished Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, Steve Hoskins was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980 and now has over 30 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

Steve is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, proudly serving the people and communities of Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce and Okeechobee in the Middle and Southern District Federal Courts. Board certification is one of the highest recognitions a lawyer can receive, recognizing an attorney’s knowledge, skill and proficiency, professionalism, and ethics in his or her practice. Currently, only 7 percent of all the lawyers in Florida, not just Personal Injury attorneys, are Board Certified and recognized as legal experts dedicated to professional excellence. Steve is a native of Fort Pierce and his family has been here for generations.

For decades, Steve Hoskins has been steadfast in demanding justice and fighting for the rights of his fellow Treasure Coast and Lake Okeechobee area neighbors who have been harmed because of the negligence of others. Donna E. DeMarchi, Personal Injury Attorney

Donna DeMarchi is a Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Attorney with over 17 years of experience, who has successfully represented thousands of clients during her esteemed career.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, Donna is a lifelong Treasure Coast resident, graduating from Martin County High School in 1987. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida; and following graduation she quickly realized she had a passion for the law and protecting victims, starting her career as a paralegal in Palm City. Several years later she made the decision to further her career and obtained her law degree from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

Donna’s philosophy has always been that her clients should focus their energies on getting well, while she navigates the legal minefield of insurance companies aiming to protect profits instead of their policy holders. Donna’s single-minded goal is to capture the maximum benefits for her clients to help heal some of the financial burdens during the difficult aftermath of their accidents.

Ronald S. Fanaro, Workers’ Compensation & Personal Injury Law

Ronald S. Fanaro is a life long resident of Vero Beach. Mr. Fanaro graduated from the University of Florida with honors in 1978 with a bachelors degree in history. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University in 1981.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Fanaro accepted a position with Bernard F. Grall, Jr., PA, later known as Grall, Fanaro & Glenn. Mr. Fanaro was a member of that firm for 27 years. In 2008 Mr. Fanaro opened a law office with Attorney Olivia Devonmille.

Mr. Fanaro concentrated his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, social security disability, automobile accident and wills, trusts and probate.

Mr. Fanaro has represented injured workers for more than 28 years. During that time frame he has handled all types of work related injuries, including complex matters such as exposure and occupational disease, permanent total disability, cardiovascular conditions and has represented first responders under the Heart/Lung Statute.

Attorney Taylor Hoskins is a personal injury attorney who brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and legal heritage to her practice. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Stetson University in 2012, Taylor received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015 and was subsequently admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.

Steadfast on furthering her academic accreditation, while simultaneously launching her career, Taylor went on to earn her LL.M. Degree (Masters of Law) in Trial Advocacy in 2017 from the prestigious Stetson University College of Law. For the last eight years, U.S. News and World Report has ranked Stetson University College of Law as first in the nation for trial advocacy. Thus, Taylor’s specialized degree signifies her advanced, innovative and multinational legal training.

As a member of the firm’s litigation department, Taylor is committed to securing the best possible results for each of her clients. Recently, Taylor attained a 1-million dollar personal injury trial verdict for her client’s family following a tragic hit and run accident—indicating Taylor’s strategic case approach and personal assurance that all of her clients receive the compensation they so aptly deserve.

Attorney Taylor Hoskins is a lifelong resident of the Treasure Coast who continues to give back to her community. Taylor is the acting Secretary of the Treasure Coast Justice Association, the Secretary of the St. Lucie County Bar Association, and a Board Member of the Florida’s Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross. She is also a dedicated member of the Indian River County Bar Association, the St. Lucie County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
